Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Stafforce are recruiting a Night Hygiene Operative for a well-established food manufacturing business in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, offering regular night shifts, excellent overtime rates, and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the site meets the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning of production lines, machinery and factory equipment
• Cleaning floors, walls, drains and workstations to strict hygiene standards
• Safely using cleaning chemicals and specialist hygiene equipment
• Dismantling and reassembling machinery for thorough cleaning
• Completing cleaning schedules and hygiene records
• Adhering to food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Ensuring production areas are fully prepared for the next day's operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous hygiene, industrial cleaning, food production or manufacturing experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and able to undertake cleaning duties throughout the shift

Pay & Benefits

• £13.40 per hour
• Overtime paid at Time & a Half after 40 hours worked per week
• Saturday overtime paid at Double Time after 4 hours worked
• All Sunday hours paid at Double Time
• Weekly pay
