We are currently recruiting for an Intake Administrator on behalf of our well established client based on the outskirts of Lincoln. You will need your own transport due to the location.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing site deliveries and collections, ensuring all materials are received, recorded and stored correctly in line with company, food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Weighing deliveries in and out using the on-site weighbridge system
  • Supporting drivers on site and assisting with unloading where required
  • Checking deliveries against technical and quality requirements
  • Accurately recording intake data and maintaining full traceability
  • Preparing and organising packaging for production areas
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and ETAs
  • Coordinating waste collections to keep the site running efficiently
  • Supporting stock rotation to ensure FIFO is followed
  • Maintaining high standards of GMP, BRC, food safety and housekeeping
  • Deputising for the Intake Planning Manager when required

Full training will be provided, including Banksman duties.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience with stock, pallets or goods-in is desirable but not essential
  • Confident communicator - comfortable speaking with drivers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Good basic English and maths skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft applications)
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required
  • Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
