About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT & Business Systems Technician to join our clients growing team. In this exciting role, you will provide day-to-day IT support while also maintaining and optimising their key business systems. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting system users, and helping to improve the tools that power our business operations. In addition, you will have a unique opportunity to lead new IT project to support our clients growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff across the organisation
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile hardware, printers, and other devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security in Microsoft 365 and internal systems
  • Support and maintain business-critical applications and cyber essential (e.g. ERP & HR systems)
  • Troubleshoot software and integration issues, escalating where necessary
  • Work with users to gather feedback and assist in improving system performance and usability
  • Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software rollouts

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support or systems role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with business systems (ERP)
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
