We are currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician for our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln.

The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, and quality assurance of e-liquid products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for laboratory work and an interest in the fast-growing vaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and conduct chemical formulations for e-liquid production.
  • Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate blends, and finished products.
  • Analyse samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Document test results, procedures, and observations with precision.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in managing the inventory of laboratory supplies.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment.
  • Support research and development initiatives for new product innovations.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting (experience in e-liquid, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous).
  • A qualification in Chemistry, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory processes and safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic laboratory software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
