Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to work in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain workshop floor areas, including sweeping, and removing debris.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean and sanitise work surfaces, machinery, and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, changing light bulbs, painting and minor repairs.
• Support production and facility teams by transporting materials, tools, and finished products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling hazardous materials or operating machinery.
• Notify the facilities coordinator of any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager/facilities coordinator which could include taking in deliveries and manual handling.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday
• Ideally 8am to 5pm but there can be some flexibility on start time
