We are currently recruiting for a Lift Repairs Manager working on a permanent and full-time basis in Leicestershire.

Salary: £50 - £55K basic

Office based

About the role:

The Lift Repairs Manager will manage workloads and prioritise well under pressure as well as organise and schedule repair works.

· Manage and oversee the Minor repairs department

· Survey and quote lift repair works

· Plan a schedule of repairs and allocate engineers

· Act as the main point of contact for repair customers

· Build strong client relationships

· Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and office staff

· Monitor job progress

· Monitor costs and margins

· Ensure that all work is compliant with H&S and industry standards

About you:

· NVQ Level 3 and time served preferred

· Experienced in working with passenger, goods and platform lifts.

· Knowledge of lift components and minor repair works

· Experience quoting and pricing jobs.

· Strong customer services skills

· IT literate

· Working knowledge of lift safety standards and regulations
