About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Shovel Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial, mining, or construction environment. You'll be responsible for safely operating a shovel (wheel loader or excavator) to load materials, assist in site preparation, and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shovel equipment to load and move materials.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to follow project instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid or expired operating license and certification for shovel operation.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience in mining, construction, or bulk material handling environments.
