We are currently recruiting for a Machine and Hygiene Operative to join a busy manufacturing operation. This is a hands on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, high safety standards and is happy to get involved in all aspects of site operations.
Salary: £43,600 per annum
Shifts: 3pm -11pm / 7am -3pm / 11pm - 7am
As a Machine and Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the production facility, ensuring machinery and work areas are kept clean, safe and operational.
A significant part of the role involves cleaning down machinery and maintaining housekeeping standards across the factory, alongside supporting production and loading activities.
✅ Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
✅ Forklift Truck experience (essential)
✅ Basic IT literacy and confidence inputting data onto systems
✅ Full driving licence and access to transport
✅ Flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime
✅ Strong work ethic and willingness to undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
✅ Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
Required overtime rota:
