Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain wire bending machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending of wires.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.

What we would like:

  • Previous experience operating wire bending machines or similar equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
