MACHINE OPERATIVE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join a busy manufacturing site based in Beverley. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well - established production environment, supporting machine operation and manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced to a high standard.

Shift Pattern / Working Hours

Monday to Friday 6:00am till 2:00pm rotational to 1:45pm till 10:45pm

Start date / Duration

The Machine Operative role is available to start immediately and offers ongoing, long - term work. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and commitment, with the opportunity to build a stable career within a growing manufacturing business.

Job Description

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Your duties will include:

• Operating production machinery in line with company procedures
• Monitoring machines and carrying out basic checks during operation
• Ensuring products are manufactured to specification and quality standards
• Following all health & safety and quality control procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
• Maintaining packing of products as well as working with machines.
• Reporting any machine faults or quality issues to supervisors.

The Successful Candidate:

To be considered for the position of Machine Operative role you must have.

• Previous experience with a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating machinery
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• A reliable, punctual and committed approach to work
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Machine Operative you must.

· Have previous production or machine operative work experience

· Be able to work rotational shifts as displayed

· Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong team ethic

· Have good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
