Machine Operator

Keighley | £13.84 per hour | 37 hours | Monday-Thursday
Our client based in Keighley is looking for a mechanically minded Machine Operator to join their team.
You don't need extensive manufacturing experience - we're looking for someone who is hands-on, curious about how machinery works, and enjoys problem-solving.

The Role

• Setting and operating machinery
• Working from production drawings and specifications
• Carrying out quality checks
• Machine set-up, tooling and basic fault finding
• Ensuring products meet required standards

• Comfortable working independently and within a team

Hours: 37 hours, Monday-Thursday
Shifts: Candidates must be flexible - examples include 4:15am-1:30pm and 7:00am-4:15pm. Shift patterns may vary depending on business requirements.
Pay: £13.84 per hour to start, with pay review and progression opportunities as you develop your skills.
