We are current recruiting for a Machine Operator | Machine Minder to work with our Daventry based client on a full-time basis.

Location: Daventry

Shift Pattern: Monday -Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm Friday 8.30am-4pm

Pay: £25,262.12 per annum

Temporary-to-permanent and direct permanent candidates will be considered.

The Machine Operator | Machine Minder role will primarily operating a preset machinery including laser or press brake equipment.

Key Duties

  • Follow Health & Safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Handle and inspect products carefully
  • Operate basic computer systems
  • Work to production schedules and targets
  • Polish and finish stainless steel products
  • Operate machinery (press brake, laser cutter)
  • Carry out welding tasks (training provided)
  • Support wider warehouse activities as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Production/warehouse experience desirable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills
  • Awareness of Health & Safety
  • Experience operating laser or press brake machinery would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
