Pay: £13.36/ph

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator / General Operative to join our busy fabrication workshop. The ideal candidate will have a background in general labour within a workshop environment and be confident operating a range of machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery including band saws and plasma burners
• Safely use air tools and overhead cranes
• Assist with general fabrication tasks and manual handling
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support other team members as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a workshop or fabrication environment
• Confident operating overhead cranes and cutting machinery
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Desirable:

• Forklift license or additional relevant certifications
