We are currently recruiting for multiple Machinist positions on behalf of our well established client in Lincoln.

These are all full time, permanent roles that come with great company benefits, progression and training opportunities.

Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday, rotating each week.

A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm

Salary depends on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Generic Machinist to join a dynamic production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in machining processes, with the ability to operate various types of machinery and tools to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, grinding machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
• Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents is preferred
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
