🌙 Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Night Shift

📍 Middlesbrough | 💷 £43,600 + Shift Allowance | 🕑 Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation in the Teesside area. This role is night shift only and offers a competitive salary of £43,600 plus shift allowance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of plant, machinery, and equipment

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to minimise downtime

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance

• Work as part of a team but also take ownership of individual tasks and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Time-served engineer with a strong background in multi-skilled maintenance (mechanical and/or electrical)

• Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or similar environments

• Ability to work independently on fault finding and repair

• Strong understanding of health & safety standards

• Flexibility to work night shifts only
