Job Details

We are currently looking for Stop off and Polishing Operative for our well established client based in Lincoln.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts. 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm

Pay: £11.86

Duties:

- Prepare parts for different stages of production

- Working in an engineering environment ensuring production is being carried out to high specifications

- Inspect products for defects or damages before processing to the next stage of production

- Maintain a clean and organised work area

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Experience:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Strong organisational skills and ability to priorities tasks

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
