Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with our leadership team to take ownership of the marketing strategy, driving brand growth, generating demand, and showcasing our expertise in sustainability.

The company is looking for a results-driven, hands-on marketing professional who thrives on delivering tangible outcomes. You'll be proactive, creative, and focused, with the drive to independently identify and execute opportunities for growth. You're a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, embraces challenges, and consistently aims to exceed expectations.

Role and Responsibilities

o Develop results-focused marketing strategy aligned with the company values.

o Create and implement an email automation strategy within dynamics 365 to support lead generation and customer engagement, including mass email campaigns

o Design a suite of touchpoint emails that guide customers seamlessly through their journey, enhancing their experience.

o Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing, to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

o Produce high-quality, engaging content, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.

o Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals.

o Manage online presence, ensuring the website and social channels reflect our brand and

are optimised for engagement.

o Ensure all internal systems, including Dynamics 365, are kept updated with accurate marketing and customer journey data.

The ideal candidate will have:

o A confident communicator with a proven ability to generate compelling content and establish thought leadership across digital platforms and industry channels.

o Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms, ideally Dynamics 365, with expertise in mass email marketing strategies.

o Strong digital marketing experience, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.

o Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a focus on engaging and converting B2B audiences.
