We are currently recruiting for a Mixing Room Operative on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln. This is a full time permanent position, with progression opportunities.

As a Mixing Room Operative, you'll play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that chemical mixtures are prepared to exact recipes and standards. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary is dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, mix, and prepare chemical products according to detailed recipes.
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy of measurements and mixtures.
  • Follow strict health and safety guidelines when handling chemicals.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy in measurement.
  • Previous experience working in a chemical handling or manufacturing environment is desirable
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
