Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading food manufacturer in Driffield. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, providing electrical and mechanical support across the site.

Your role will focus primarily on planned preventative maintenance (90%), with limited reactive work (10%), covering electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the factory and developing your skills through structured training and career progression opportunities.

Multi Skilled Engineer key skills

  • Multi-skilled (electrical or mechanical bias)

  • Has a time-served engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent)

  • Has 2+ years' experience in production maintenance

  • Is proactive, a team player, and comfortable with CMMS
