c£32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A well-established Facilities Management service provider is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Building Handyman to support contracts across West Yorkshire.

This is a permanent, home-based mobile role offering variety, independence, and long-term stability within a growing organisation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Flexibility is essential due to occasional customer call-outs.

Key Requirements

✔ Proven Building FM experience required

✔ Multi-skilled maintenance experience across general building repairs

✔ Must be based in West Yorkshire

✔ Full clean driving licence required

✔ Advanced DBS check will be carried out

✔ References required

✔ Ability to work independently in a mobile role

Typical Duties May Include

* General building maintenance and repairs

* Minor plumbing and joinery works

* Basic electrical maintenance (non-qualified tasks)

* Fabric maintenance across commercial sites

* Supporting planned and reactive maintenance tasks
