Job Details

We are currently recruiting for Multi Skilled Technicians on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln.

These are all full time, permanent roles that come with great company benefits, progression and training opportunities.

We have various positions available such as:

Manufacturing Technicians, Process Technicians, Tool Room Members.

Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday, rotating each week.

A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the production of components
• Operating equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Problem solving to ensure production runs smoothly and can continue
• Process audits
• Creating and maintaining relevant documentation
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a high precision manufacturing environment
• Keen eye for detail
• Organised and reliable
• Good team worker
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and work towards targets
