Are you an experienced multidrop delivery driver with a passion for sales? Stafforce is recruiting on behalf of a top supplier of crisps, nuts, and snacks to pubs and cafes across Stevenage and the South East. If you thrive on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

• Multidrop Delivery & Sales: Combine your driving skills with sales expertise by delivering our delicious range of crisps, nuts, and snacks to pubs and cafes, while also driving sales growth.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring top-notch service during every delivery.
• Innovative Selling: Introduce new products, present promotions, and open new sales outlets to maximise order value.
• Stock & Vehicle Management: Monitor stock levels, manage your inventory, and ensure your reports are accurate and in line with company standards. Keep your company vehicle clean and representative of our professional image.
• Daily Preparedness: Start each day fully equipped, stocked, and ready to serve your customers with enthusiasm.
• Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager with reporting, training, and other tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Multidrop Driving Experience: Proven experience in multidrop delivery driving, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
• Sales Skills: A knack for sales with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Skills: Strong IT skills, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Location: Must reside in the Stevenage area and be available to visit our Charlton depot once per week.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
