Our Client based in Leeds LS4 is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in providing efficient administrative support and overseeing office operations.

The ideal candidate will need to have strong organisational skills and to be able to work on their own initiative with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

They would need to have excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and letter writing skills with attention required towards accuracy and detail.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.00pm

Daily tasks include:

  • Data input
  • Dealing with queries by phone/email
  • Invoicing
  • General Office Administration
  • Scanning
  • Data inputting and maintaining spreadsheets and report
  • Monitoring absences - Holidays, Sickness etc.
