A well-established Facilities Management service provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and oversee service delivery across contracts in West Yorkshire.
This is a permanent, home-based mobile role offering autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting operational performance and client relationships.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Flexibility is essential due to operational requirements and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supporting day-to-day operations across multiple FM service contracts
✔ Supervising mobile engineering teams and service delivery standards
✔ Maintaining strong client relationships across sites
✔ Supporting compliance, reporting, and service performance monitoring
✔ Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
✔ Ensuring health & safety and regulatory requirements are met
Key Requirements
✔ Proven Building FM experience required
✔ Previous experience in a supervisory or operational management role
✔ Must be based in West Yorkshire
✔ Full clean driving licence required
✔ Advanced DBS check will be carried out
✔ References required
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities across a mobile contract environment
