PACKING OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with a highly prestigious food manufacturer in Hull (HU3) we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Packing Operative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice that offers career progression, training opportunities and great pay (£11.44/hr).

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday. Various hours available.

Typical shift times are 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am / 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Start date / Duration

Packing Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.

Job description

· Packing Operatives are responsible for the production of baked products.

· Production line work.

· Packing and loading produce.

· General production line work.

· Hygiene duties.

· General housekeeping duties.

The successful candidate:

· No previous experience required as full training is provided.

· Able to work full time hours Monday to Friday.

· Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.

· Reliable with good timekeeping.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production operative or Manufacturing operative would be advantageous, not essential.
