PACKING OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with the World's leading provider in sealants, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Packing Operative to work in the HU17 area in Beverley. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers full time, ongoing work with a pay of £11.44 per hour. YOU MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION!

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Thursday 5:45am - 2:30pm OR 1:45pm - 10:45pm (not rotating!)

The Packing Operative role is a Temporary position that will commence with immediate effect however, further opportunities will be offered for candidates showing great work ethic.

Job description

As a Packing Operative you will be responsible for the Packing of their products. Day to day you will be expected to;

· Assemble boxes and packaging

· Pack around 6 boxes per hour

· Items are small so you will need to be nimbled fingered and pack into plastic and then pack into boxes

· Adhere to health and safety at all times

· Be able to operate machinery on occasion, in particular press machine

· Sticking labels and packing items

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the Packing Operative position you must;

· Have previous experience working as a Packer

· Be able to stay motivated whilst carrying out repetitive tasks

· Be committed, team player with a keen eye for detail.

· Reliable with good timekeeping.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
