Job Details

We are currently looking for Packing operatives for our well established client based in Lincoln.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: £11.44

Duties:

• - Prepare and pack products according to specific instructions and guidelines
• - Inspect products for defects or damages before packing
• - Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of products
• - Maintain a clean and organised work area
• - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• - Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

Experience:

• - Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• - Strong organisational skills and ability to priorities tasks
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
