Shift Pattern - Monday - Friday, 7.30am until 4pm

We are currently recruiting for a Pallet Operative for a well-established company in the Witney, Oxfordshire to support them during holiday period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that specialises in the manufacture, restoration, and repair of wooden pallets.

Pallet Operative responsibilities:

  • Building and restoring wooden pallets using nail guns and power tools
  • Operating machinery for pallet processing
  • Inspecting pallets for damage and carrying out repairs
  • Sorting, stacking,
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Pallet Operative Requirements:

  • Experience with hand tools, nail guns, or machinery is desirable
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a busy, manual environment
  • A strong work ethic and good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
