Seeking an experienced and capable, Part time Customer Care & Installations Team member to join our clients existing team in the Huddersfield area.

Hours of work: Part time - 3 days per week

  • Thursday 8.30-5.00
  • Friday 8.30-5.00
  • Sunday 11-4

Pay: £11.44 per hr & bonuses ( after qualifying period)

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customer's in-store, over the phone, and via email, providing expert advice and product recommendations.

· Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits ( training given )

· Assist customers in selecting the best products based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.

· Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, follow-ups, and trade events.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing to handle customer inquiries effectively.

· Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Prepare quotes, contracts, and other sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate with the delivery and installation team to ensure smooth customer experience.

· Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean, organised showroom with well-presented products.

· Stay up to date with product knowledge and attend training as required.

· Assist with Site Surveys

· Assist with Deliveries and commissioning

What We are Looking For:

· Strong customer service experience is essential, preferably in high-end retail, leisure, or home improvement sectors.

· Ability to build rapport with customers and create long-term relationships.

· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to explain technical features effectively.

· Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for closing sales.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience using Sage, Excel and proficiency in MS Office.

· Flexibility to work weekends, national holidays, and occasional evenings as per business needs.

· A full clean driving licence is essential.

· Friendly and well presented as this is a customer facing role.

· Enjoy working alone and as part of a team, with a positive, can-do attitude.

· Must be physically able and prepared to assist with heavy lifting and manoeuvring of products

· Organisation skills and the ability to fill out paperwork.

· Good communication skills as will need to liaise with the office team and clients, as well as on-site in clients premises and homes.
