About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Medical Dispenser to join a friendly and professional healthcare team based on the outskirts of Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dispenser who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and ensuring the accurate and efficient dispensing of medication.
Working 20 hours per week, you will play a key role in supporting the practice and providing a high-quality service to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with dispensing procedures and regulations
• Managing and maintaining stock levels
• Liaising with GPs, pharmacists, and patients regarding prescriptions
• Handling prescription queries and medication requests
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Supporting the wider practice team when required

Requirements
✅ NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pharmacy Services / Dispensing (essential)
✅ Previous dispensing experience within a GP practice, pharmacy, or healthcare setting
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Good IT and administration skills
