Job Details

Duties include -

• Work in conjunction with Design department to confirm manufacturing route.
• Manufacture pattern as per route card issue number / rev number.
• Transfer tool paths to CNC machines in Pattern shop and manufacture parts.
• Manufacture running and gating systems either by hand or CNC machining referenced on route card and/or assembly technique.
• Assemble pattern and running and gating system and prepare for the ceramic mould department.
• Operate 3D sand printing machine.
• Use of Fork Lift and overhead crane - refresher courses provided.

Hours of work;

3 Shifts, days, afters and nights or permanent nights (shift premium to be added)
