About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Picker & Packers to join our busy warehouse team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
As a Picker & Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products accurately from warehouse locations.
• Packing customer orders safely and efficiently.
• Checking products for quality and accuracy.
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
