PPE SERVICE ASSISTANT

Working in partnership with an established supplier of PPE globally in Hull (HU8) we are recruiting a organised, driven and smart PPE Services Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing company who are offering £12.21 per hour.

Shift pattern/ Working hours:

Factory/warehouse-based Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm.

Start date / Duration

The Cleaning position will commence with in start dates determined for December however interviewing process will be in November.

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and collaborative PPE Service Assistant to join our team on a full - time basis, working 40 hours per week. The role involves a high amount of attention to detail, good levels of English written and verbal and a high previous involvement within IT and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out tests and inspection of their PPE equipment and supplies to ensure they are up to standard and are compliant with regulations.
  • Using diagnostic equipment to test and identify faults with PPE equipment and supplies.
  • Completion of accurate documentation and recording of testing and inspections through there company system and centre records.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, as well as comply with health, safety and environmental working practices and regulations at all times.
  • Completing additional/ ad hoc duties when required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Undertaking off site inspections as and when required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Good levels of written and verbal English
  • Willing to travel domestically and oversea when qualified
  • Diligent and conscientious, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self- starter who is highly organised.
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to use own initiative and prioritise
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and approachable nature
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Good Ms Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
