We're on the lookout for a PR Manager to join our well established and expanding client based in Loughborough on a part time, permanent basis.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm (hours are negotiable).

Salary: £29,000 - 33,000 pro rata

The Role:

This role is dynamic and requires a candidate who is deeply passionate about PR within a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will be experienced in PR and be highly organised, a clear and confident communicator, and possess a strong creative direction. They must be self-motivated and driven to help a rapidly growing business succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of our clients PR Strategy nationally and locally with alignment to business objectives and the wider marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and activate PR plans to drive engagement and brand awareness with influencers and media with our PR agency.
  • Management of PR agency
    • Key point of contact for comments and image requests
    • Plan press releases working with PR agency to deliver to target journalists and publications
  • Review competitor PR content
  • Manage publication subscriptions
  • Aligning PR strategy with SEO strategy and objectives
  • Manage strategy, plan and deliver our clients' presence at industry events
  • Manage influencer strategy
  • Identify and strategise partnership opportunities
  • Manage founder presence on LinkedIn
  • Manage our clients industry award opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in PR roles (experience with Influencers desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a flair for creative communications and content
  • Organised and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong proof-reading experience
