Production & Formulation Operator

£27,729 per annum

Daventry, Northamptonshire

Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm & Friday 7am until 3pm

Our Daventry based client, are a well-established small independent manufacturer. They are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their busy manufacturing and production department team as a Production & Formulation Operator.

Our client will provide full training for the position.

Production & Formulation Operator responsibilities:

• Assist in the weighing, measuring and blending of raw materials according to production specifications.
• Operate blending and formulation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cleaning of vessels as per SOPs.
• Accurate labelling of raw materials and putting away in correct locations.
• Carry and lift large sacks and drums of chemical containers.
• Keep accurate and detailed records.

Production & Formulation Operator skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/formulation environment preferred but not essential.
• Good communication and numeracy both written and verbal are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Be able to work alone or part of a team.
• Have a flexible attitude to work required.
