Daventry, Northants

Monday to Friday 7.30am until 4.30pm

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience

Temporary ongoing

Our long established Manufacturing client based in Daventry are looking to recruit 3x Production FLT Operatives to provide support throughout production and warehouse offering an immediate start for the right candidates!!!

Production FLT Operative responsibilities:

  • Produce materials, following guidance and instructions, whilst operating production equipment in a safe manner
  • Safe and secure disposal of Waste Chemicals
  • Managing the return of waste containers from site
  • Receipt of stock, including: unloading, product checks, quality, quantities and batch information against paperwork
  • Assist in loading and unloading of containers, tankers, raw material supplies, etc
  • Efficient and safe operation of FLT for loading and unloading products
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

Production Operative requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Good knowledge of factory machines and processes
  • REACH OR Counterbalance FLT Licence and working experience
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) procedures, including hazard and spill awareness
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or on own initiative
  • Motivated with a positive helpful attitude
  • Reliable and trustworthy
