About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a production team within a busy warehouse environment. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery on a fast-paced production line, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production line machinery in line with company procedures
  • Set up machines for production runs
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in a production or warehouse setting
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices in industrial environments
