Working in partnership with Youngs Seafood in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operative to join a 4on 4off shift pattern working 6am-6pm.

SHIFT PATTERN

• 6am-6pm 4 days on, 4 days off.
• Overtime shifts available.

Please note, due to the requirement for 12 hour shifts, we can only progress applicants who are aged 18+ for these roles.

START DATE/DURATION

Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.

THE ROLE

• Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
• Packing and loading produce.
• General production line work.
• Hygiene duties.
• General housekeeping duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• No previous experience required as full training is provided.
• Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production operative /Manufacturing operative/ Packer/ Line operative would be advantageous, not essential.
