We are recruiting a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our established client in Daventry. This hands-on role combines production and warehouse duties, helping to ensure products are prepared safely, accurately and on time. Production Operative

Location: Daventry
Pay: £13.13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent

What you'll be doing

  • Always follow health and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Handle and inspect products carefully to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carry out washing, cleaning, packing, spot welding and general production duties
  • Work efficiently to production schedules and daily targets
  • Use basic computer systems and keep records up to date
  • Prepare finished products for dispatch
  • Support stock movement and wider warehouse tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members

What we're looking for

  • Previous production or warehouse experience
  • A good understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
  • Basic computer skills
  • A reliable, flexible attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
