Working in partnership with Sofina Seafood in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operatives for our 2-10PM shift. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.

START DATE/DURATION

The start date for this role will be 29/09/2025 and will ongoing for applicants who have excellent attendance and job performance There is also opportunity to be taken on perm by Sofina after 12 weeks service.

THE ROLE

• Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
• Packing and loading produce.
• General production line work.
• Hygiene duties.
• General housekeeping duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• No previous experience required as full training is provided.
• Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production operative /Manufacturing operative/ Packer/ Line operative would be advantageous, not essential.
