Stafforce is recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established client at its busy plastic injection moulding site in Chipping Norton. This is a long-term temporary opportunity to join a supportive production team, gain hands-on experience and receive training across different areas of the operation.

Production Operative
Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Pay: £13.34 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6.00am-6.00pm
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

You will work across a range of production units, giving you the opportunity to develop multiple skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting plastic injection moulding production, including loading machines with materials and monitoring them to ensure they run smoothly
• Removing finished products and stacking them safely on pallets
• Operating a range of production machinery following training
• Helping to produce high-quality products by checking your work carefully
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

What we're looking for

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to use your initiative while working effectively as part of a team
• Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise several tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Please note: The site is in a remote location, so your own transport is essential.
