Looking for a role that gives you plenty of time off?
We're recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and successful manufacturing business in Dumfries. Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 2-days, then 2-nights, you'll enjoy a structured rota with regular downtime between shifts.
This is a physically active role where you'll help keep production moving by transporting finished products from the manufacturing area to the warehouse. No machine operating duties are required.
What you'll be doing:
- Collecting finished products from production lines
- Transporting stock safely to the warehouse
- Palletising and preparing products for storage and dispatch
- Supporting the production team to maintain workflow
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of physical fitness
- Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
