Working in partnership with SOFINA FOODS in Grimsby we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Production Operative for 4on/4off shifts.

SHIFT PATTERN
4 on / 4 off shifts Days and Nights 12h shifts
Overtime shifts available.
START DATE/DURATION
Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.
THE ROLE
Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
Packing and loading produce.
General production line work.
Hygiene duties.
General housekeeping duties.
Essential
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable, punctual and flexible.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Payrate of £12.87p/h, pay negotiations still ongoing so this may change.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
No previous experience required as full training is provided.
Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
Reliable with good timekeeping.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Previous experience as a Production operative /Manufacturing operative/ Packer/ Line operative would be advantageous, not essential.
