Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operative on behalf of our client in North Hykeham, Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Full time, permanent.

Monday - Friday, rotating shifts. 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, packaging, or manufacturing tasks according to operational standards and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work space in line with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and report any production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and maximise output.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate production records.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a production setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
