Position: Production Operator

Location: Blackwood

Salary: £12.21 - £13.53 per hour

Shift Pattern: 2 days 6am to 6pm followed immediately by 2 nights 6pm - 6am

About this Vacancy:

We are currently recruiting production operators for our manufacturing client in the Blackwood area.

Duties:

The role will involve/ require:

· Inspection and packaging of various goods

· Assembly of completed components

· A high level of concentration to ensure consistency and fault monitoring.

· If required, machines could be operated on a semi-automatic basis

· Manual handling to include, stacking pallets, wrapping and moving pallets on pallet trolleys

· General Cleaning around workstation.

· Some products may require the use of a cleaning solvent.

· Responsible to fulfil and comply with the company health and safety policies

· Responsible for running more than one machine (when trained)

About You:

· Previous experience working in factory environment or a similar role

· Own transport due to location

· To provide own safety boots (hi vis will be provided)

What is on offer?

· £12.21 per hour

· £55.50 Attendance Allowance (if all hours worked in one week)

· 12 Hour Shifts with Paid Breaks
