We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Burgh le Marsh for Production Operatives to join their growing team.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

Day Shift

• 4 on / 4 off
• 6:00am - 6:00pm
• £12.75 per hour

Night Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 6:00pm - 6:00am
• £14.25 per hour

About the Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Working on the production line packing orders
• Following production schedules and prioritising tasks to meet production targets
• Collaborating with team members to improve production processes
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Adhering to company health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
