Production Operative

🕒 Rotating Shifts: 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm
💷 £12.80 - £13.80 PH

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and successful food manufacturing operation based in Caistor. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work with immediate starts available.

Duties Will Include:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Packing and preparing products to customer specifications
• Quality checking products to ensure high standards are met
• Labeling and palletising finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Supporting other departments when required

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
