Production Operative - Temp to Perm

Location: Keighley
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client's busy team in Keighley, with the opportunity to become permanent following a successful temporary period.

The Role

This is a hands-on, physically demanding production role and would suit someone who is comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
Your duties will include:

• Moving and handling rolls and large blocks of foam
• Handling smaller pieces of cut foam and other materials
• Supporting the production process and meeting daily targets
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Be comfortable being on their feet for the duration of the shift
• Have a good work ethic and reliable attendance
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
• Be comfortable with a physically active working environment

This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be capable of regularly moving rolls and large blocks of foam as well as smaller cut pieces.
