Working hours for Quality Auditor
Tuesday to Saturday 6am to 2pm

Job description
Quality Auditors are responsible for ensuring that the product is manufactured and packed ensuring product safety, quality and legality, ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.

  • Ensure all customer and legal requirements are met and product conforms to specification.
  • Check incoming raw materials and ingredients ensuring they meet specification.
  • Check product labels conform to requirements.
  • Collecting and logging samples for lab testing.
  • Supporting the production team making sure everyone complies with food safety procedures.
  • Carry out process control checks.
  • Carry out internal audits.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous quality auditing experience preferably in food production environment.
  • Knowledge of production and packing products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
