Stafforce is currently recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer for our Tees/Tyne office. This is a permanent role responsible for managing key accounts.
Job Purpose
- Drive business growth through successful fulfilment, achievement of KPIs, and effective cost management.
- Oversee on-site operations, proactively addressing client needs while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to achieve financial targets, support accurate forecasting, and implement initiatives to maximise outcomes.
- Manage aged debt and payroll processes, ensuring costs are controlled and minimised.
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial client relationships through close partnership and communication.
- Maintain structured communication and service review plans to exceed client expectations.
- Support the CRM in implementing and managing an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the workforce meets and exceeds client needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client base and with prospective clients.
- Foster a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience with strong communication.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to promote cross-selling opportunities across the wider business.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, contractual agreements, SLAs, and recruitment legislation, protecting the business from risk through regular audits.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in recruitment or account management.
- Proven operational delivery and client management experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
This role is to cover the Tees/Tyne area and be able to travel between sites
